My wife is a pastry chef and recently started Black Pearl Tarts, creating a variety of sweet and savory treats for catered events, weddings, special orders, popups, and soon farmer’s markets in Washington, D.C. It’s been fun to try my hand at food photography and work with her to try different stylings and arrangements to showcase the beautiful designs she creates.
